Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Overtake collects through this website and how it's used.
Who we are
Overtake is run by Pratyush Agarwal. You can reach us at pratyush@overtake.so.
What we collect
- Booking details. When you book a call, you give your name, email address and answers to a few questions about your business. Bookings are handled by Cal.com.
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can reply and follow up.
This website doesn't use advertising trackers. The booking calendar on the contact page is provided by Cal.com, which may set its own cookies to work.
How we use it
Only to prepare for and hold your call, reply to you, and send a proposal if you ask for one. We don't sell or rent your information.
Services we use
Cal.com for scheduling, Google Workspace for email, and our hosting provider to serve this website. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and email records for as long as they're useful for working with you, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing pratyush@overtake.so.
